Christmas Opening Hours

We will be dispatching all orders for Ready-to-go floors placed before 20th December before the Christmas break. If you're still hoping to get your Ready-to-go flooring before Christmas, we recommend ordering before 19th December.

Bespoke (made to order) flooring orders will need to be placed by 11th December for pre Christmas delivery. Any bespoke flooring orders placed after this date will be delivered in the New Year.

Our offices and phone lines will be closing from Friday 20th December until Tuesday 2nd January. However you can still place orders online and any orders placed over this period will be processed as soon as we are back in the office in the New Year. We will be in touch with you as soon as we're back to arrange the production and dispatch of your flooring.
