Our cleanest grade uses oak from the heart of the tree trunk for a smaller number of knots and minimal sapwood. Consistent tones across the floor create an overall uniform and modern appearance. 

Since it only uses oak from the heart of the tree, this grade of wood is rarer than the more characterful grades. Here, there are less branches forming, resulting in much smaller and less frequent knots, minimal sapwood and only the smallest amount of tonal variation. The refined characteristics of this grade pave the way for a beautifully balanced floor with a smart, contemporary edge.
