Rustic

Our most characterful grade, these floors are filled with rich grains, charming knots and natural colour variations, celebrating all that's unique about wood. 

Rustic grade wood is sourced from the outside of the tree trunk, where the oak cosies up to the bark, which is why more sapwood is present here. Frequent, larger knots will be found in this grade of floor too, since the branches here are wider before growing out of the tree. It’s all part of what gives this floor its unique personality and charm –  and will be certain to bring that natural, lived-in feel to your home.
